Reserve rental equipment at time of booking — supply is limited.
Policies
Check-in from 2PM. Early check-in (subject to availability): USD 30/person. Check-out by 11AM. Late check-out to 5PM: half-day room charge. Beyond 5PM: full-day charge.
Children under 6 sharing with guardian: free. Children 6–12 years: USD 40/day for accommodation and all meals.
Group of 8 paying guests: 1 place free. Group of 20: 3 places free. FOC based on twin/double sharing, minimum 3 nights / 2 diving days.
Every group of 8 paying guests: 1 place free of charge. Every group of 21 paying guests: 3 places free. Free places apply to packages of at least 3 nights with 2 days of diving, and are based on twin/double sharing in the lowest room and diving package booked within the group.
20% non-refundable deposit (min USD 250/person) within 14 days of invoice. Final payment 30 days before arrival. For bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment required immediately.
Accepted: IDR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD. Visa/MasterCard accepted with 2% surcharge.
A 20% deposit (minimum USD 250 per person) secures your booking, due within 14 days of the invoice date — we hold the reservation for up to 2 weeks while it arrives. Final payment is due at the latest 30 days before arrival; for bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required as soon as possible. Bookings not paid on time may be released.
Bank charges cannot be deducted — the invoice total must reach our bank. In resort we accept IDR, USD, EUR, GBP and SGD; Visa/MasterCard with a 2% surcharge.

Groups pay the same 20% deposit (minimum USD 250 per person) within 14 days of the invoice. The rooming list is due 120 days before arrival: all rooms are then confirmed, the group is responsible for them, and dates can no longer be changed. Final payment is due in full 60 days before arrival.

Dive insurance is mandatory in Indonesia — we recommend DAN (Divers Alert Network). We also strongly recommend international travel insurance from the time you pay your deposit. A no-show, for whatever reason, means no refund.
Dives missed through illness in resort are not refunded, but we can provide a letter for your insurance claim.
